Most prepaid providers reached a strategy of increasing the amount of data which they give to their customers, but U.S. Cellular looks like considering another strategy to give something to the ones who are using their services. So, the fifth biggest cell phone service provider from the U.S. decided to reduce the costs of their plans. At a first glance the discount doesn’t look impressive, if we consider what you get in return for the money you pay but still, it might be an option in other circumstances. For example if you want to stay away from the big four.

5 dollar discount

U.S. Cellular has four plans now, 40 dollars, 45 dollars, 55 dollars and 65 dollars for prepaid users. All include unlimited text, talk and throttled data and some high speed data. Not so much amount to be honest. None for the first plan and up to 1, 2 and 4 GB respectively for the other three… Besides not being so much, we can also say that the LTE network of U.S. Cellular isn’t very developed, even though the general coverage of this operator is quite good. So, if you want to switch to this provider you’ll get the offer when you sign up and if you are already a customer you can also benefit of it as soon as you recharge.
