At CES 2015 another smartphone was presented this week and it will be available starting with March at a price of 199.99 dollars. We are talking here about the ZenFone 2 from Asus. To familiarize you a bit with this product will make here a short presentation of its characteristics so this will help you decide if you want to go for the Taiwanese product.

Characteristics

It has a 5.5 inch touchscreen with 1920 x 1080 screen resolution and it is build out of plastic. Its memory is leveled at 4 GB RAM, while the processor is a 2.3 GHz 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom Z3580, becoming this way alongside Lenovo one of the few companies from the smartphone market which deal with Intel. With this processor, Asus promises a much better smartphone for gamers ensuring up to seven time faster speeds!  

For photography and video fans, this looks like a great option, as it has a 13 megapixel camera and a storage memory of 128 GB which is huge for every user, not mattering how much personal data wants to have in its smartphone. Its operating system is the Android 5.0 Lollipop and it is also equipped with Micro SD card support of up to 64 GB, 403-ppi IPS display, 400 nits brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass 3, a front shutter of 5-megapixels, LTE connectivity, 3000 mAh lithium-polymer battery, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. The dimensions are measured at 152.5 by 77.2 by 10.9-3.9 mm, while the weight is set at 170 g.

In the end we must add that the producer will also launch a better version in the second quarter of 2015, ZenFone Zoom which will be sold at a significant higher price of 399 dollars.
