Prepaid providers are so many in the United States. They deliver all kind of services and offers for customers but sometimes, with their will or without, all kind of inconveniences may appear which can affect in one way or another people who are using their services. Some are solved quickly, but others may last like forever. For this, FCC launched a new online consumer help center which has the aim to improve things.

More efficient they say!

The new website has the purpose to come faster and more efficient in the help of people who are not pleased with the services for which they pay. So, you can fill complains much easier and you’ll get your filling monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Of course, FCC taught further and they now analyze better trends for industry problems so it can help you avoid some situations. For now, only promises stand up from the rest, as it is a government organization and we don’t have any guarantees that it will work as efficient as it sounds, but I think we should give it a try!
