Sony will launch its first smartphone from 2015, Xperia E4, which has some pretty interesting features. Although it isn’t considered a top class smartphone, thing which we can realize by taking a glance on its features, the Xperia E4 looks tempting because Sony announced that its battery will last two days with active use, which is quite a cool thing for a smartphone. Besides the 2300mAh battery about we talked about, let us remind also other characteristics of the Sony Xperia E4.

Characteristics and price

It comes with a 5 inch screen and it has a Media Tek MT 6582 quadcore processor of 1.3 GHz. Also, the RAM memory consists of 1 GB and the storage one has 8 GB, but the device is also equipped with a microSD slot were you can add some extra memory if needed. The cameras aren’t great, as the back side one has only 5 MP and the front facing is only 2 MP, but they have to do if you aren’t expecting perfect photography from them. Available only in black and white colors and expected to be released somewhere these days, the device will cost around 150 dollars, but, unfortunately, it won’t be available in the United States at this moment.

Official position

About the new release and the battery quality some words were released by Tony McNulty, vice president of Sony Mobile Value Category Business Management: "With Xperia E4, we wanted to offer people some of the premium Sony features they have come to expect -- with unparalleled ease of use -- at a highly competitive price point.
