The only smartphone in the world with two displays, Russian YotaPhone comes back in the spotlight. After last year it was launched the second version of the phone with the needed improvements, now the company prepares other products for its customers and fans. Their second edition was far better than the first which had quite some gaps, so now the YotaPhone representatives dream at the third model which might be launched in 2015.

E-ink screens for 2015

Still, that isn’t their only major plan for the year that begun only for a few days. No, the officials think already of a whole range of devices that use low-power e-ink screens to provide relevant information wherever and whenever you need it. This kind of system may be used in many house devices to make your work easier. Tools which don’t benefit much from rich, colorful graphics but which could still use a way to display information, and to do so well in various lighting conditions without adding to power draw or hardware complexity!

Mistakes are a challenge for Yota

It looks like a challenging idea, but YotaPhone looks capable of going to the end with it. Why am I saying that? We’ll let’s consider that a company which learns very much from its mistakes and it is capable of repairing them very quick, like it happened with YotaPhone and YotaPhone 2, can do other great stuff. 2015 is a long year though, so let’s see what the Russians can do!
