For companies which have their base in cell phone industry, the last year wasn’t great so this is why they are focusing in developing in other sectors as well to regain their financial strength. For example, AT&T made a partnership with Samsung which states that the Dallas based company will offer to the South Korean company wireless services to cars. 

They launched the Drive Studio facility

The aim of the entire business is also to make the vehicles smarter and easier to handle by the ones involved in traffic. All started last year, when AT&T launched its Drive Studio facility and the Drive platform. Since then, it has added auto manufacturers and developers to strengthen its credibility and reach into the auto industry. At this moment, Samsung is one of the major and key players in consumer electronics to the Drive Studio.

Few details about the partnership with Samsung

About the sponsorship agreement with the South Korean company, the AT&T representatives stated only a few facts which represent software and services utilizing Samsung handsets, tablets and wearable devices. They didn’t give any other details though, considering that for now these are the only things necessary to know by future customers which will use both services of the two companies.
