The memory of your smartphone is, without a doubt, very important for you. When you run out of storage memory and need quickly to put something important in your phone you might look for something to erase and don’t know what. In those moments you see all kind of applications that you didn’t install, don’t need and want, and certainly can’t uninstall and delete them permanently. It annoys you a lot, but then you’re thinking at what you should do.

These is the policy of some smartphone builders which preinstall some applications and make them hard to be deleted so, this way, they hope, you’ll use it in the end. Of course, you don’t need it and want to get rid of it because you need space for other important files or folders. So, what you have to do? Here are two options you should consider if you want to have a ‘better life’ regarding these inconveniences.

Disable the unwanted application

If you can’t delete the application, disable it and this will spare some memory because it will stop running in the background. For this, you’ll have to follow a few steps: go to the applications list, select from there the application you wish to disable and stop running, after click the disable button and then rejoice. Quite simple, isn’t it?! Besides, if it got some updates you can uninstall them before disabling even though the application itself can’t be deleted.

Freeze the applications

Or, in case you don’t want to break your head with this, you might be able to use another application to freeze this one and, again, spare some memory. For this, you have to install either Gemini Application Manager, which is free, or a paid one such is, for example, Titanium Backup. Using one of those you can freeze all unwanted applications and they will stop appearing in your menus and, in case at some point you need them, can unfreeze them very easy.
