Competition between the biggest cell phone service providers from the U.S. increases more and more. Even though Verizon and AT&T continue to be leaders on this market, T-Mobile’s policy creates quite strong rivalries, facts that appeared very clear in the following year according to many statistics.

Verizon and AT&T, best coverage, most expensive prices

Of course, as I wrote before, the biggest advantage of Verizon and AT&T is that they have the best coverage from the country so, this way, they can be leaders at setting prices, even though they are quite higher than other providers. Still, they get millions of new customers per year. Most of them now, thanks to the offers which include tablets. Such devices can be cheaper than smartphones and more practical for the subscribers which want to use much more data. 

More services at same price!

Until now, the quality of their services allow Verizon and AT&T to resist with their planning price and don’t lower them, because that way their profit might have got a lot to suffer like it happened with smaller carriers which try to keep up with the two giants by offering far lower prices. For example, this is the policy of T-Mobile, a company which applies many advantages for potential new customers and also attracts many subscribers in this way. Because of this, in their intention of not losing users, AT&T and especially Verizon deal with the competition not with lowing the prices, but with giving more services for what they charge on bills right now.

All of these being said, the competition remains open for the following period especially thanks to the upper mentioned tablets which attracts more and more Internet users. And if Verizon and AT&T have greater coverage in the 3G and 4G LTE networks, which offers them some advantages, T-Mobile, for example, comes from behind by giving a subsidy of 100 dollars for tablets demanders and also, especially for them, 250 MB of free data a month.
